Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and creative Photographer to join our team for a full-time role based in Shastri Nagar, Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for product photography, model shoots, and editing images for our e-commerce platforms. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of lighting and composition, and proficiency in using professional cameras and editing software.
As an E-commerce Photographer, you will work closely with the design, marketing, and content teams to produce high-quality images that enhance the visual appeal of our products and improve online customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
1. Product Photography

Conduct high-quality photography of products for e-commerce listings, advertisements, and marketing campaigns.

Ensure accurate representation of product size, color, and details.

Set up lighting, backgrounds, and angles for visually appealing product images.

Capture 360-degree views and close-up shots when required.

Handle different product categories, including clothing, accessories, electronics, and lifestyle items.
2. Model Photography

Plan and execute model shoots for showcasing products like clothing, footwear, and accessories.

Direct models to achieve the desired poses and expressions as per brand guidelines.

Work with the styling team to ensure perfect outfit coordination, makeup, and accessories.

Maintain a creative approach to highlight the brand’s aesthetics in every shot.
3. Image Editing and Post-Production

Edit and retouch images using software like Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar tools.

Remove backgrounds, correct colors, adjust exposure, and enhance image quality.

Ensure all final images meet e-commerce platform requirements (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.).

Maintain a consistent visual style across all product and model images.
4. Studio Setup and Equipment Handling

Set up studio lighting, backgrounds, props, and other photography equipment.

Maintain cameras, lenses, tripods, and lighting gear in proper working condition.

Experiment with different lighting setups and angles for creative results.

Ensure timely backup and organization of all photoshoots.
5. Collaboration and Coordination

Work closely with the marketing, content, and design teams to understand creative requirements.

Collaborate with stylists, models, and videographers during shoots.

Suggest creative ideas for improving the visual presentation of products.

Participate in brainstorming sessions for creative campaigns and promotional content.
6. E-commerce Optimization

Ensure images meet the technical specifications of various online platforms.

Maintain uniformity in size, quality, and resolution of all product images.

Stay updated with e-commerce photography trends to create attractive visuals.
Required Skills and Competencies
Technical Skills

Expertise in handling DSLRs, mirrorless cameras, lenses, and lighting setups.

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, CorelDRAW, or similar editing tools.

Knowledge of studio lighting, product styling, and photography techniques.

Understanding of e-commerce image requirements like aspect ratios, resolutions, and backgrounds.

Basic knowledge of video shooting is a plus but not mandatory.
