PHP Developer Cum Trainer

- We are looking for a software developer with extensive knowledge in various programming languages and also expertise in training skills.
Desired profile:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in directing software development projects.
- Extensive experience in software development, scripting and project management.
- Must have experience in PHP (Laravel/ CodeIgnitor/ symfony) HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, Jquery, Bootstrap/Foundation etc.
- Designing technical manuals using simple language.
- Performing role-specific training on tools and programs each team uses daily.
- Apply educational methods to engage trainees.
- Keeping IT skills and knowledge up to date.
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical terms in Layman’s language.
- Experience with software design and development in a test-driven environment.
- Ability to work independently and lead the team effectively.
- Strong Management and leadership skills and ability to work well with people at all levels in the organisation.
- Complete responsibility for the execution of projects.
- Strong organizational, planning and motivational skills are desired.
- Able to train juniors effectively and evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes and learning outcomes.
Qualification:
- B.Tech/MCA/BCA/MSc Computer Science
Note:
- Candidates having less than 2 months notice period is preferred.
- Female candidates who have a genuine career break up to 3-years are welcome for re-entry to the industry.
