PHP Developer Cum Trainer

We are looking for a software developer with extensive knowledge in various programming languages and also expertise in training skills.

Desired profile:

Minimum 2 years of experience in directing software development projects.
Extensive experience in software development, scripting and project management.
Must have experience in PHP (Laravel/ CodeIgnitor/ symfony) HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, Jquery, Bootstrap/Foundation etc.
Designing technical manuals using simple language.
Performing role-specific training on tools and programs each team uses daily.
Apply educational methods to engage trainees.
Keeping IT skills and knowledge up to date.

Skills:

Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical terms in Layman’s language.
Experience with software design and development in a test-driven environment.
Ability to work independently and lead the team effectively.
Strong Management and leadership skills and ability to work well with people at all levels in the organisation.
Complete responsibility for the execution of projects.
Strong organizational, planning and motivational skills are desired.
Able to train juniors effectively and evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes and learning outcomes.

Qualification:

B.Tech/MCA/BCA/MSc Computer Science

Note:

Candidates having less than 2 months notice period is preferred.
Female candidates who have a genuine career break up to 3-years are welcome for re-entry to the industry.
