Job Description:

Strong in Programming in PHP and good with Server side programming
Good in front end technologies such as HTML4/5, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX
Software design experience using object oriented patterns, and other dev principles Good with MySQL and MSSQL
Experience with, Apache, Linux, Ubuntu preferred Experience with MVC Frameworks Codelgniter, Zend Experience with Web Good understanding of Web Services and SOA
Good understanding of web applications, particularly B2C Applications
Exposure to Insurance domain desirable
Must possess Analytical and Logical skills
Good with written and spoken English
Willingness and ability to train and teach other developers
A great attitude and a happy demeanor
Write “clean”, well-designed code.
Produce detailed specifications.
Troubleshoot, test and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality. Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle. Follow industry best practices.
Develop and deploy new features to facilitate related procedures and tools if necessary.
Proven software development experience in PHP.
Estimating the time required to complete the work and providing quotes for clients.
Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts and developing interactive Hypertext Preprocessor.
Meeting with our management , managers or our clients to discuss the business objectives and requirements of the job. Working as part of a team with web developers and our managements.
Understanding of open source projects like Joomla, Drupal, Wikis, osCommerce, etc.,
Experience in common third-party APIs (Google, Facebook, Ebay etc.,)
Passion for best design and coding practices and a desire to develop new bold ideas.

Skills:

PHP Developer having knowledge in Wordpress and Joomla with customization skills.
Demonstrating skills with rough sketches and working on layouts ready for print.
Good knowledge of relational databases, version control tools and of developing web services.
Demonstrable knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, Javascript, AJAX etc.,
