Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Analyze requirements and propose software solutions to solve problems
2. Develop layouts and prototypes to ensure the solution meets requirements
3. Write well-structured and testable code following the set guidelines
4. Maintain systems by monitoring and correcting software bugs
5. Provide operational support for production applications
6. Integrate multiple systems from different vendors with seamless data flow
7. Investigate new technologies and continue to update your technical skills
8. Write quality source code to be delivered on time, which meets defined project standards and deadlines
9. Perform unit testing on source code where required, prior to handover to test/ quality assurance teams
10. Perform maintenance on source code, analyzing and fixing bugs where necessary
11. Periodically design and implement custom enhancements for specific customer requirements
12. Perform occasional evaluation of new technologies and methodologies for use within the projects to be developed
