Job Summary:
We are hiring Pickers and Packers for Masala, Spices, and Dry Fruits Packing. The role involves sorting, weighing, packing, and labeling products while maintaining hygiene and quality standards. No prior experience is required, but candidates should be hardworking, detail-oriented, and physically fit to handle the job.
Key Responsibilities:
Picking & Packing:

Sort and weigh masala, spices, and dry fruits as per packaging instructions.

Pack items in pouches, jars, or boxes based on product type.

Seal and label products with expiry dates, batch numbers, and pricing.

Ensure that packaging meets quality and hygiene standards.
Inventory & Quality Control:

Check and count packed items before dispatch.

Ensure correct quantities and proper sealing to avoid spillage.

Report damaged or expired products to the supervisor.
Workplace Cleanliness & Safety:

Maintain cleanliness in the packaging area.

Follow safety guidelines for handling food products.

Wear gloves, hairnets, and masks while working.
