Job Description:

1. Taking Care of Faculty, Resource utilization(classroom and faculty)
2. Batch Formation, Facilitating monthly faculty meet
3. Course ware distribution, Student Grooming Check
4. Coordination with all departments
5. Supporting Placement related activities
6.Other Jobs pertaining to Training and Placement.
7.Has to study or understand students (for Screening) and shortlist students as per vacancies and organizing for and conducting Campus interviews

8.Has to maintain students’ database
9.Has to coordinate with Service Industry representatives for job opportunities for students
10.Has to maintain Public Relations with Airlines, Hotels and Travel Agencies, etc.,
11.Work on other related jobs to be given time to time.
12.Will do sales as and when any situation arises

Additional Information:-

1.Industry Exposure Required:

2. 3 – 4 Yrs experience in similar position in a Training Institute of repute, OR Hard core Sales experience

3.Pleasing personality and excellent communication skills

4.Should have enthusiasm to work towards maintaining brand equity among students.

5. Functional Reporting to the Regional Department Head

6.Administrative Reporting to Centre Operations Manager

7.IT Knowledge/ Other Competencies/ Basic Computer Knowledge
