We are looking for a Dynamic Placement Executive to manage corporate outreach, build strong industry connections, and drive campus placements and internship programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Corporate Outreach & Relationship Management:
- Identify and connect with new companies for placements and internship opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with HR Heads and corporate professionals
- Drive corporate tie-ups and partnerships across industries
- Invite organizations for campus placements and internship programs
Lead Generation & Engagement:
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and digital platforms
- Follow up with potential recruiters and nurture relationships for conversion
- Conduct continuous market research aligned with student specializations
Placement Operations:
- Manage end-to-end campus placement and internship (SIP) processes
- Coordinate student registrations, shortlisting, interview scheduling, and logistics (PPT/GD/PI/online tests)
- Ensure smooth execution of placement drives in collaboration with internal teams
Student Alignment & Support:
- Match student profiles with suitable roles and industries
- Guide students on placement processes, timelines, and expectations
- Ensure timely communication regarding placement schedules and compliance
Data Management & Reporting:
- Maintain and update employer databases, student records, and CV repositories
- Track placement data and generate reports and analytics
- Prepare documentation for audits, accreditation, and internal reviews
Stakeholder Coordination:
- Work closely with faculty, program office, and student placement committees
- Manage professional communication with recruiters and students via email, phone, and messaging platforms
Skills & Core Competencies:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent coordination and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Professional and presentable demeanour
Preferred:
- Prior experience in placements, corporate relations, education sector, pre-sales, or student engagement (good to have)
