Job Description
Responsibilities and Duties
- Lineup candidate for Placement, Conduct Pre & Post placement activity of students for Trade like Solar, Healthcared, Sales, Retail, IT, Financila Institutions, Apparel
- Establishes workloads, assigns tasks, and reviews results.
- Documentation required and update of SDMS as per required
- Coordinate with operation manager and cenetre manager to smooth the work flow.
- Groom trainees and finally Counsel and Motivate trainees for jobs lineup.
- To place candidate as per requirement of the skill programs.
- Find out the placement tie-ups with industries and organizations.
- Initiate Corporate Tie up.
- Liaison with government officials and CSR agencies.
- Monitoring and ensure the Quality training of the students.
- Preparing periodic reports and MIS Reports for recruitment.
- Liaisoning and reporting to the Govt. authorities for the project, as required.
