Job Description
Required : Placement Officer
Reporting to : Head of Corporate Relations
Key Internal & External Customers : Placecomm Corporates
Education Qualifications: Post Graduate in Management from a reputed Management Institute
Minimum Experience Required
2-3 years as a Relationship Manager acquiring new and building existing institutional clients
Key Responsibilities
Building new relationships with Corporates and strengthening the existing ones
Completion of Placements in stipulated time period
Guiding the team on negotiation and coordination for Summer Internships as well as Final Placements for all students including one year programs
Training, orienting Placecomm team, conducting regular meetings and periodic reviews
Keeping the team motivated and supporting them on planning, execution and implementation of the various placement strategies
Regular corporate visits at various locations
Sharing Feedback to the back end team for maintaining the consistency and accuracy on Placement data
