PLANT EXECUTIVE – HR

Roles & Responsibilities:
1.Monitoring Contract Labour and Security Services.
2. Daily Monitoring of Time Office functions.
3. Coordinate and ensure all Statutory Compliances of packing station.
4. Ensuring Safety of men and machinery in the plant.
5. Coordinate & Implement Training & Development Programs.
6. Forecasting and drawing manpower plan in with the budgetary projections.
7. House Keeping, plant Hygiene and conduct of Medical Health camps for Employees.
8. Execution of all General administration activities, Canteen Management.
Experience Required: 2-5 years of experience in any Manufacturing plant or Industry
Qualification : MHRM/PGDM(HR)/MBA(HR)
