Responsibilities:

Project Team

Communicate with clients and their representatives including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress

Keep posting the unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise on site during work to the management.

overseeing construction work & Undertaking Surveys

Checking technical designs and drawings for accuracy and to ensure that they are followed correctly

Providing technical advice and solving problems on site & preparing site reports and logging progress to company management.

All the Inward and Outward Materials and Quotations should be Handled in Daily Basis

Quotation- Immediate Response to provide the quote as per the customer requirement in given time limits to withstand the client.

Quotes should be revised as per Management approval of any % is discussed before billing.

Revision work should be immediately handled.

Billing- All the required information should be input in the bill and required authorized signs should be noted.

Measurement only other revision should be implemented immediately.

Profit and Loss checking on weekly basis

In/ Out Material reconciliation in proper manner if required
