Job Description
1. Prepare interview questions and summarise results
2. Perform literature reviews and compile the metastudy
3. Conduct research, theoretically ground and summarise findings
4. Respond to emails relating to research
5. Attend project meetings
6. Keep in touch with the latest updates in the field
7. Prepare progress reports
8. Coordinate with the rest of the team and supervisor to manage the project
9. Deploy the various strategies and tactics to advance the project

1. An undergraduate degree in psychology or a relevant field of human development
2. Undergoing/Completed postgraduate degree in psychology or a relevant field of human development
3. Functional knowledge of various research methods
4. Access to research tools like SPSS, N Vivo, Atlas.ti, etc.
5. Comfort with both qualitative and quantitative research methods
6. Excellent written communication (English)
7. Fluent in verbal English
