Policy Reviewer- Trainee Advisor Jobs in Mumbai - Placewell Group

Job Summary

To liaise with the Insurer/Broker to collect policies related to the Financial Lines of business, and accurately review and issue them to the client

Principal Duties/Responsibilities

·   Ensuring Policies are reviewed diligently as per agreed guidelines

·   Maintaining and updating the centralized inbox and tracking database regularly

·   Liaising with team members and US peers to ensure all aspects of Policy are addressed

·   Maintaining detailed records of communication with all parties, including changes being made on the Policies

·   Working as per compliance requirements of the organization

·  Extreme focus on quality with the understanding of the financial implications

·  Consistently meeting service levels agreed with all relevant parties involved in the Policy checking process

· Escalate errors and breaches to the Lead

· Revert to emails in a professional manner

Active participation in all interactions (Team huddles, stakeholder discussions, etc.)

Qualifications & Skills

Qualifications: Graduate (Any Stream)

Skills:

·         Excellent command over written and spoken English

·         Attention to detail, quality and accuracy

·         Ability to prioritise and organise tasks, work within stiff timelines

·         Ability to multi-task

·         Ability to learn new processes and systems

·         Flexible and adaptable to changing demands

·         Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

·         Should be a quick learner and team player

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Extreme competence incomprehension

Insurance experience preferred

Open to work in Night shifts (Shift timing: 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM, 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM) , CAB PROVIDED

Total Experience 0-1 years

Compensation range that can be offered post final selection:  Upto 3.50 L P. A (Depending on candidature)
