Plant Genome Research (NIPGR) on temporary basis

Qualification : Ph. D. Degree with relevant research
experience in Life Science/ Bioinformatics/ Biochemistry/ Biotechnology/Computer
Science or a related field. The candidate should have first class/division
throughout academic career. Preference will be given to candidates having prior
experience in the area of next-generation sequencing data analysis,
bioinformatics, molecular analysis of plant genes, and webserver development.
Candidates with expertise in photosynthesis and algal biology are also
encouraged to apply.
Consolidated Pay : INR
60000 pm.
Post Graduate
Research Fellow (PGRF)
No. of Post : 01
Qualification : Candidates with Master's or equivalent
interdisciplinary Degree in Environment/ Ecology/ Life sciences/Bioinformatics
or any other related field, with relevant research experience, are eligible to
apply. Preference will be given to candidates with fieldwork experience in
physiological ecology. Candidates with Machine Learning and shell scripting experience
are also encouraged to apply.
Consolidated Pay : INR 40000 pm.
