Professional Experience:The candidate should possess a minimum of 3yrs of work experience in real estate tele-calling / customer support voice processing Good communication skills [written and oral] Excellent customer service skills Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills Roles and Responsibilities Handling in-bound and out-bound calls Day to day interactions with the customers to share projects specific details Responsible for handling all customers inquiries Follow up with clients for site visits and revisits co-ordination with on-site sales team for site visits and feedback collection Follow up with customers to further closure process should be adept at client relationship management
