Job Description
- Handle customer's inbound and outbound calls. Solving queries, telling them about products/offers/services
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way
- Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
- Compare data with the source documents, apart from re-entering data in the verification format, in order to detect errors.
- Compile, sort as well as verify the accuracy of the data before entry is done.
- Maintain the logbooks of activities along with completed work.
- Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking the output.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Analyzing customer needs and recommending products based on those needs.
Minimum Requirement:
- Good Communication Skills
- Good Problem-solving skills over the call
- High energy level
- Experience with MS Office and data programs
- Typing speed and accuracy
- Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation
Key Responsibilities:

Understanding Client Requirements:

Collaborate with the sales team to gather and analyze information about customer needs, business goals, and technical requirements.

Conduct discovery calls or meetings to deeply understand a client's current environment, challenges, and expectations from the proposed solution.

Product Demonstration and Presentation:

Prepare and deliver product presentations, demos, and proof-of-concept sessions customized to the client's industry, operations, and technical environment.

Highlight how the product or service meets customer needs, improves efficiency, and adds value to their business processes.

Technical Consultation:

Provide technical expertise during client meetings to answer questions, resolve doubts, and recommend the best-fit solutions.

Assist in solution design and architecture based on client infrastructure and system requirements.

Proposal Development:

Work closely with the sales and product teams to develop proposals, RFP (Request for Proposal) responses, and solution documents.

Ensure proposals are tailored to customer requirements, technically sound, and aligned with pricing and delivery models.

Product Knowledge and Training:

Stay updated on all features, upgrades, and integrations of the product or service.

Train and educate sales team members about product functionalities and technical aspects to ensure consistency and accuracy in client communication.

Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:

Work in coordination with marketing, product development, and support teams to ensure alignment between customer feedback and product roadmaps.

Provide insights from pre-sales interactions to improve product features and user experience.

Client Relationship Building:

Establish credibility and trust with prospective clients by demonstrating deep product knowledge and a consultative approach.

Engage with key decision-makers, influencers, and technical stakeholders to build strong working relationships.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain detailed records of client interactions, technical discussions, proposal submissions, and feedback for internal tracking and process improvements.

Generate regular reports on pre-sales activities, customer feedback, conversion rates, and win/loss analysis.

Continuously analyze industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to better position your product in the marketplace.
