Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and acquire new clients through calls, leads, and business development activities. Understand client requirements and explain Shreenath Global’s products and services clearly. Conduct product presentations and provide detailed information to prospective clients.
  • Handle and resolve all client queries related to the product, pricing, process, and usage.
  • Build strong relationships with potential clients and maintain regular follow-ups.
  • Qualify leads and ensure only interested and informed clients are passed to the sales team for closure.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and lead status.
  • Coordinate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth deal closures.
