Job Description

We seek an experienced Pre-Sales Telecalling Leader to manage and train a team for lead generation and sales appointment setting. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in Insurance or Real Estate with a proven ability to drive performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hire, Lead, train, and motivate the pre-sales team.

  • Develop call scripts and strategies to enhance lead conversion.

  • Ensure seamless coordination with the sales team.

  • Analyze call reports and optimize processes.

  • Maintain CRM records and ensure compliance.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years in Pre-Sales/Telecalling, with 1+ years in leadership.

  • Strong team management & communication skills.
