Job Description

Job Responsibilities include:
  • Attend incoming telephonic inquiries pertaining to the projects.
  • Making outbound calls in accordance with the leads provided in CRM system.
  • Interview leads to determine what kind of properties they are seeking.
  • Give details about the projects for enquiry and convert them to qualified leads.
  • Responsible for co-ordinating with client and answering all their queries.
  • Update clients about companies providing financial assistance with good rates.
  • Following-up with the clients until the leads get qualified and finalized.
  • Co-ordinating for site visit of potential clients in Dubai if required.
  • Handling Incoming and Outgoing Calls and Emails.
  • Should be able to manage and administer the CRM.
  • Should assist their Supervisors from the Marketing & Sales Team. 
  • Job activities required to be done
  • Review plans for new construction with clients, enumerating and recommending available options and features.
  • Generate lists of properties that are compatible with buyers' needs and financial resources
  • Display residential/commercial properties to clients and explain their features
  • Coordinate and oversee property closings
  • Review property listings, trade journals, and relevant literature, in order to remain knowledgeable about real estate markets.
  • Investigate clients' financial and credit status in order to determine eligibility for financing.
Skills Needed for:
  • Excellent listening, writing and speaking skills in English and Hindi
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills with a track of record of closing multiple deals in a short time.
  • Good with managing client documentation, coordinating with multiple stakeholders and providing accurate and valuable information to the client.
  • Highly customer delight oriented and extremely persistent with client without being intrusive.
  • Monitoring/Assessing performance of self and of the others involved in the sales process and generating periodic reports of performance of individual property sales consultants.
