Job Description
- Meet clients along with Sales to provide app-based solutions for business processes.
- Set-up customer accounts and onboard users on the system.
- Provide mobile app demos to customers.
- Necessary service-related interactions (visits, calls/video calls and emails) with customers for adoption, customer delight and to increase usage from Existing accounts.
- Coordinate with different teams to resolve queries/requests/complaints from customers within acceptable timelines.
- Passionate individual with a love for solutioning
- At least 1year of work experience preferably in selling/solutioning/servicing technical product/services
- IT/Software/Mobile Technology background
- Good communication skills and English diction - both spoken and written
- Professional demeanour for a client facing role
- Should be comfortable to travel to client locations within and outside the city
- Self-starter who will be proactive in understanding and getting service and operations work done
