Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Presales Executive to join our team. The role involves engaging with prospective customers over the phone, understanding their requirements, and coordinating site visits based on their location, budget, and preferences. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to build strong client relationships.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Contact and engage with prospective customers using leads provided by the company.

Understand customer requirements (budget, location, preferences) and accordingly schedule property site visits.

Coordinate and line up clients for site visits, ensuring a seamless experience.

Maintain regular follow-up with clients to gather feedback and nurture relationships.

Provide accurate information about properties, locations, and offerings.

Ensure professionalism and quality in every customer interaction.

Work closely with the Sales Manager and other team members to align on client requirements and conversions.

Achieve monthly/weekly targets for site visits and lead conversions.

Update and maintain client interaction records in CRM/software.

Share regular reports and updates with the Sales Manager.

Stay updated on project details, pricing, and offers to communicate effectively with clients.
Key Skills & Requirements:

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

Professional, proactive, and target-driven mindset.

Basic knowledge of real estate (preferred but not mandatory).

Ability to work collaboratively with the sales team.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
