Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement and Needs Analysis:

Interact with potential clients to understand their business challenges, goals, and requirements.

Gather and analyze client needs through meetings, calls, and product discovery sessions.

Translate client requirements into practical and technically feasible solutions.

Solution Presentation and Demonstration:

Prepare and deliver product or service presentations tailored to the client’s industry and use case.

Conduct product demonstrations, proof of concepts (PoC), and software trials to showcase capabilities.

Customize demonstrations to highlight features relevant to the client’s business needs.

Proposal Development:

Assist in the creation of technical proposals, bids, and RFP/RFI responses.

Collaborate with internal departments (sales, marketing, engineering) to align offerings with customer expectations.

Ensure proposals clearly communicate technical details, timelines, and benefits.

Technical Consultation:

Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by explaining technical features and how they address business problems.

Clarify any technical doubts or concerns during the sales cycle.

Recommend additional products or services based on client needs.

Collaboration with Sales and Product Teams:

Work hand-in-hand with sales executives to strategize on sales pitches and client approaches.

Relay customer feedback to the product and engineering teams to enhance offerings.

Ensure alignment between sales strategy and product capabilities.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, proposals, and technical discussions.

Create and update solution documentation, demo scripts, and sales collateral.

Report regularly on presales activities, client feedback, and sales opportunities.

Market and Product Knowledge:

Stay updated on the latest product developments, updates, and industry trends.

Understand the competitive landscape and highlight unique selling points (USPs) of your product.

Attend trainings, webinars, and industry events to improve product knowledge.
