Key Responsibilities of a Preschool Teacher
1. Curriculum Planning and Implementation

Create Lesson Plans: Design engaging, age-appropriate lessons to foster a child’s cognitive, physical, social, and emotional development. Activities may include games, music, arts and crafts, storytelling, outdoor play, and interactive learning.

Theme-Based Learning: Implement creative themes (e.g., seasons, animals, colors, shapes, numbers) to create engaging learning experiences.

Assessment and Evaluation: Regularly assess children’s progress through informal observations, activities, and developmental milestones to gauge their growth and adjust the curriculum accordingly.

Personalized Instruction: Cater to the individual needs and learning paces of each child, providing additional support or challenges where needed.
2. Child Supervision and Safety

Monitor Children: Supervise children at all times, ensuring their safety and well-being in the classroom and during outdoor playtime.
