We are hiring a Procurement Executive with 1+ year of experience in purchase processing and invoice management.
Key Responsibilities:
Process purchase requests and raise purchase orders
Track deliveries and coordinate with vendors
Validate and process vendor invoices
Handle invoice discrepancies and follow-ups
Support month-end closing activities
Required Skills:
Basic understanding of procurement & invoice lifecycle
Experience in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/MS Dynamics preferred)
Good analytical and coordination skills
Proficiency in MS Excel
