Responsibilities:

• Gathering and processing data to identify process performance areas.
• Designing workflow and process strategies to improve business performance.
• Creating and presenting process reports for client approval.
• Overseeing the implementation of revised company processes and workflows.
• Monitoring the efficacy of updated workflows.
• Staying up to date with the latest business practices and technologies.
• Ensure support documents are created and distributed/posted in timely manner.
• Analyze, test, and evaluate raw materials, in-process products, and final products.
• Manage and execute user acceptance test effort, data, and cases, and identify pertinent performance metrics.
• Adhere to practices that improve operational efficiency via expanded communications with key process constituencies including IT, sales, and services.
