Salary:- 14,000 in hand to 17,000 in hand per month
Job Responsibilities:-
US Collection Calling process
Need to check account eligibility during call
Documentation of each call as per the process training.
Send daily updates to the group manager as per the format.
Send updates of wrong-numbers on a daily basis.
Desired Skills:-
US Calling experience is desirable
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Excellent Problem solving, Analytical skills, Result Orientation
Facilities:-
5 days working
Transport facility for Pick and Drop
