• We have immediate requirements of Process Associate for our International campaign in Voice / Non-voice process at our Ahmadabad.

• Primary Skills;- Excellent English written & verbal communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills and team player. 
• Experience in International operations – Voice / Non Voice/ Chat, Email
  

• Provide customer support via web chat services , and resolve all customer issues with exception customer service skills
  

• Customer service measure via Net promoter score and C Sat, along with efficiencies i.e. handling time and quality
  
• Internal and External CSAT
  
• Customer Interaction

• Suggest process improvements, etc.
