Job Description
- Airline contact center would include the following activities to be performed
- Support for general contact center including reservations and customer service
- Support for Air and Hotel Bookings
- Voice: Inbound/Outbound calls, Back Office, Email, Ticketing (Where Required)
- Flight Changes/Cancellation and Passenger Notification
- Handling inbound calls, E-mails and Back office, Customer Delight, Compliance to policies and Processes and managing Handling time
- Education qualification: Graduate in any discipline/Under graduates/Dropout
- Shifts: Candidate should be ready to work in 24*7(Rotational Shifts)
- Age: 18-32 Years
- Language: Should be fluent in spoken and written English
- Minimum work experience: Fresher can also apply
- Specialized Skills (Non Travel/Travel): Good Communication Skills with Customer Service skills, any experience in BPO will be an added advantage
- Note: B.Tech/ BE/Technical Diploma less than 65% will only be considered.
- Interview Days and Timing: Mon-Sat 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
