Key Responsibilities:-
Support internal departments with day-to-day operational processes

Manage reports, trackers, and data using MS Excel

Communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders

Ensure accuracy in documentation and timely process execution

Maintain professionalism in handling training/coordinating tasks

Excellent communication skills (English fluency is a must)

Intermediate to Advanced Excel proficiency

Ability to handle multiple tasks under minimal supervision
