Job Summary:
The Process Coordinator is responsible for coordinating, monitoring, and improving operational processes to ensure smooth workflow, efficiency, and compliance with company standards. The role involves working closely with various departments to ensure timely execution of tasks, documentation accuracy, and continuous improvement in processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate day-to-day operations and ensure adherence to defined processes and procedures.
Monitor process performance and identify areas for improvement.
Prepare and maintain reports, logs, and documentation related to production or operations.
Assist in process audits and compliance checks.
Liaise between departments such as production, quality, logistics, and planning to ensure smooth workflow.
Support implementation of new processes, systems, or tools.
Track process KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and ensure targets are met.
Identify process bottlenecks and suggest corrective actions.
Provide training or guidance to team members on process-related activities.
Maintain communication with management on progress, issues, and improvement opportunities.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Knowledge of process flow, documentation, and reporting.
Analytical and problem-solving ability.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or ERP systems.
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree.(AnyField)
0-3 years of experience in process coordination, operations, or production support.

Internal department coordination effectiveness
Implementation of process improvement initiatives
