Process Coordinator
Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Key Responsibilities:
a. Manage the software production pipeline to ensure timely delivery of updates and features
b. Coordinate with different teams to ensure production schedules align with company objectives
a. Oversee and optimize flow management system processes for operational efficiency
b. Develop strategies to improve flow management, focusing on streamlining and reducing bottlenecks
a. Continuously enhance both production and FMS processes for greater efficiency and quality
b. Implement best practices in production control, workflow management, and flow optimization
a. Monitor and report on progress in production and FMS processes
b. Analyze the data to identify trends and areas for improvement
a. Work with quality assurance to ensure the highest software quality
b. Review and test new features or updates before their release
a. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders about production and FMS updates
b. Bridge communication between technical and non-technical teams
a. Identify potential risks in production and FMS processes and develop mitigation strategies
b. Maintain compliance with industry standards and company policies
a. Collaborate with various departments to support production and FMS objectives
b. Participate in cross-functional meetings and projects

1. A bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, computer science, or a related field.
2. Experience in production control and flow management in a SaaS or tech environment.

5. Proficiency in project management and flow management tools.
