Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Technical Trainer to design, develop, and deliver technical training programs for employees, partners, or clients. The trainer will be responsible for enhancing technical skills, ensuring knowledge transfer, and supporting continuous learning initiatives.
Roles & Responsibilities
Deliver instructor-led and virtual technical training sessions
Design and update training content, presentations, labs, and assessments
Conduct needs analysis to identify skill gaps and training requirements
Provide hands-on training, demos, and real-time problem-solving support
Customize training modules based on audience skill level and business needs
Evaluate trainee performance through tests, assignments, and feedback
Maintain training documentation and learning materials
