Successfully navigated and responsible for stakeholders in understanding the requirements, maintaining clear
communication and alignment throughout the hiring process.
Drive continuous process improvement by incorporating stakeholder feedback, educating stakeholders on hiring best
practices, and ensuring a positive candidate experience-thereby enhancing employer branding and overall hiring
Serve as a key point of contact for clients by sharing qualified profiles, scheduling and coordinating interviews,
managing documents collection, involving in daily leadership calls, and sharing daily progress updates to ensure
smooth and transparent recruitment operations.
Lead a team of 7 recruiters by providing daily guidance, seing clear targets, and conducting regular team huddles and
review calls to ensure alignment with client expectations and hiring goals. Foster a collaborative environment focused
on accountability and continuous improvement.
Oversee the end-to-end recruitment operations handled by the team, including monitoring productivity, ensuring
timely delivery of profiles, supporting issue resolution.
Act as a liaison between the team and leadership by participating in escalation calls, sharing performance metrics, and
proactively addressing hiring challenges. Drive team eiciency through structured workflows and clear communication
channels.
Independently manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing candidates through various channels job
portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Instahyre,Monster) social media, referrals, and internal databases), making cold calls,
engaging passive candidates, screening profiles, and coordinating interviews while ensuring timely follow-ups till
candidate onboarding.
Leverage ATS tools (CRPO) to manage end-to-end candidate pipelines, maintain accurate records, and generate
individual performance reports. Consistently achieve sourcing targets through strategic use of multiple sourcing
channels and eective follow-ups throughout the hiring process.
Manage end-to-end candidate engagement by maintaining consistent communication and building a strong rapport
through eective follow-ups and relationship management.
Conduct market mapping, talent research and market research to identify skill availability and industry trends.
Experience in handling and filling high value/ budget roles.
Experience in bulk recruitment.
