Job description
Aligned with our Global Procurement and Finance Team, Procurement Specialists based out of our Pune Office will be part of our consulting team managing Procure to Pay Cycle for our Clients.
Key Responsibilities Include:
· Budget and Capital Spend Planning
· Creating and Managing Purchase Requisitions in SAP
· Creating and Managing Purchase Orders in SAP
· Purchase Order Enquiries
· AP Inquires - verification of spend
· Creating Reports
Proficiency in SAP Procurement is a must for the position
Knowledge of Ariba will be an added advantage
Required Candidate profile
· 4-7 Years of Experience in Purchasing Operations, preferably in a large setup
· Proficient in SAP - Procure to Pay Cycle
· Good Communication and Writing skills
· Experience in Ariba will be an added advantage
