About the internship
The role of a Product Consultant involves consulting our global set of parents about the learning product. Your ability to understand the product, as well as your ability to quickly understand the global nuances of the business, will be the key factors for success in this role.
The role transitions either into a role in the product management team as you will be the one who will best understand not just the product, but actually what customers wants, Or to other strategic roles that need product understanding.
Product consultants work closely with Sneha, the Founder of Early Steps, and interact with parents across the globe to help them make informed decisions for their children. These parents have already experienced case study-based learning with us through a short class but are looking to understand more about what we do and how our program can help their children.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Educate the potential customers & explain the learning program and clear any query that they might have about the learning outcomes, program structure, and methodology
2. Counsel the parents on the Early Steps Academy's unique way of learning
3. Assist parents and students to onboard onto the program
4. Spearhead strategic initiatives to boost business growth across the global territory
