YOU ARE COOL IF YOU HAVE:
- Experience in the Education industry (Curriculum design, Career Counselling, Edtech)
- Excellent English written and speaking skills (MUST)
- Prior experience in designing psychometric tests will be an added advantage
- Keen interest in current edtech space

Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Product Development and Program Design:
Product Development:
- Product Ideation, Testing, and Feedback
- Develop Products to meet organization objectives
- Take feedback from clients, and experts and incorporate the feedback to improve the Products
Program Design - Ideation, Testing, and Feedback:
- Program Ideation, Testing, and Feedback
- Develop Programs to meet Product objectives
- Evaluate Program outcomes and recommend improvements
Technology Integration:
- Implement relevant and current technologies in Products to improve efficiency, increase revenue, and scale the business
2. Program Management:
- Conduct online programs
- Improve Program experience and engagement
- Manage the effective implementation of the Programs
3. Market Research –
Educational Research –
- Study the evolving process of Career selection and upskilling
- Study the pedagogical techniques that can be used in our Products
User Research –
- Interact with students and other stakeholders to understand the requirements
Industry Research
- Study and stay updated on the trends in the industry
4. Training:
- Educate the Business Development Team about our Programs
- Provide training to the Program collaborators for effective execution of Programs.
5. Strategic Planning and Data Analytics:
- Understand the mission and vision of the Organisation
- Drive the process of planning for the growth of the Organisation, in the direction of the mission and vision
- Design tools to capture data effectively. Use a data-driven approach to set goals to improve efficiency, increase revenue, and scale the business
