Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Build and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance, providing purpose, direction, and motivation
2. Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
3. Establish and maintain relationships with appropriate client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes
4. Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals
5. Structure and manage integrated, multi-track project performance databases for multiple digital, print, social, broadcast, and experiential projects, with an eye on overall progress
6. Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
Key requirements:
1. Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
2. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. MBA preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
3. Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
4. Experience coaching and educating project teams to strengthen team members' capabilities and skill sets.
