You must be able to:

. First and foremost - deal with ambiguity and project a clear long term vision for the product.

. Work with internal customers to understand their use cases and their existing solutions. Drive requirements definition, CX design, compliance, feature development priority, and product messaging.

. Collaborate with your engineering and business teams to drive the product road maps for PARS.

. Define product strategy and vision, and own the product road map and related literature.

. Address bottlenecks, identify inefficiencies, anticipate and make trade offs balance the business and customers' needs versus technical constraints.

. Own business metrics for customer engagement, and operational reliability.
