Our client is a social education technology organisation delivering enjoyable & personalised digital learning to schools, NGOs, coaching institutes and learners including the last mile learners.
They design, deliver and support tablet and mobile-based digital learning solutions with English medium and local languages.
Their vision is to facilitate access to enjoyable and life-shaping digital learning to every student irrespective of their social, economic, cultural, locational and language status.
Founded by two MDI alumnus, it is a student-centric and personalised learning platform that delivers enjoyable learning content as per the state boards.
This ed-tech provides a solution which is easy to use, lets students enjoy learning, makes life easy for a teacher and delivers learning in the language that students are most comfortable.
The organisation has worked in 14 states across India and awarded Google India under 'Impacting Change through Digital'.
As the Product Manager, you will be working actively with the management and the tech lead and proactively shape and scale the products for the envisioned growth path.

What You Will Do

Setting up a structured effort to get inputs from users and customers
Setting up systems to get the appropriate analytics
Sharing learnings and insights through user interviews and analytical data with the management team
Enabling the tech road map by bringing together the learnings and strategy in collaboration with the developers and the management team
Owning up the solutions, working with the current team and scaling up the product roadmaps for national growth and outreach
Reviewing, streamlining every aspect of the products from tech, UI, UX, usage analytics, adoption driven growth, user inputs drove product improvement
Actively guiding, shaping and improving the overall team productivity and bringing excellence and focus in the tech development and outcomes for the company products.
Working with team towards further plans and product enhancements

What You Need To Have

3-5 years of deep product management and scaling experience of android app-based solutions.
3-5 years of android development experience
Entrepreneurial individual who has worked in either the ed-tech space or with consumer mobile apps and is excited about the social ed-tech segment.
Hands-on development with deep product management experience of app-based solutions
Have rich experience on complete ownership, management, fine-tuning, stabilizing and scaling an app and tablet-based solution
Practical experience with Native android development, firebase, databases and server-side integration and development is important.
