- The role requires you to gain an understanding of customer queries, create product-related content, and then execute it in real-time.

Responsibilities
- Manage inbound queries that the customers have through chat/email platforms with an effective customer service skills and adherence to TAT.
- Work in tandem with the technical team to create a product roadmap for customer acquisition.
- Create insights about customer needs by analysing the queries.
- Create content for communication with customers such as self-serve FAQs.
- Own the customer experience, end to end.
- Work with internal team members and external partners to resolve customer concerns.
- Build MIS to highlight the customer issues to enhance customer portfolio.
- Excellent command over the English language.
- Local language knowledge is a plus.
- High commitment levels
