Roles & Responsibilities

Work closely with people in Product Management, UX, Design and Engineering helping them set and track their KPIs and in general, get the most out of their data

Conduct industry & competitor research, gather survey insights, and analyze internal data to gain actionable insights to help influence product decisions
  • Setting up metrics for measuring product/functional performance and responsible for tracking its improvement. Standardising the metric definition.
  • Measure impact of experiments related to function, analysing and helping in course correction
  • Analytical articulation of a business or operations problem statement and using data analysis to understand the complexity of the problem and broad contours of potential solution(s).
  • Becoming the domain champion of the product/function with clear data-driven understanding of how our users interact with our product.
Work as a team to understand product adoption by users and establish standard practices to improve adoption

Ideal Candidate
  • 2-3 years of overall work experience, Experience with eCommerce domain in analytical profile will be a strong plus.
Ability to demonstrate intellectual curiosity, logical thinking, and the ability to solve complex problems that may not always be well-defined
  • Technical mindset with ability to work closely with engineering partners to solve for system interdependencies, devise implementation strategies and refine scope based on concrete considerations.
Works closely with cross functional stakeholders (Engineering, Business, Leadership) to achieve product objective.

Hands On with Excel, SQL, JIRA, Tableau/Omniture etc.
