As a Product Ops at StepSetGo, you'll play an analytical and strategic role on product usability and business revenue.

Job Responsibilities

• Analyse data to handle and improve the performance of the in-app marketplace called Bazaar.
• Figure optimal communication strategies to drive Bazaar growth on a day-to-day level.
• Translate business strategies into detailed requirements and prototypes.
  

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to generate new ideas that appeals to consumers, aiming to enlarge market share.

• Work closely with the sales teams, to ensure user and brand satisfaction.
  

Job Requirements

• Prior experience working in an analytical role for product or business, preferably in the Health-Tech industry.
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
• Able to handle multiple tasks in an organized manner and deliver under pressure.
• Experience in running operations for an advertising business - is a plus.
