- Provide first-level support to customers via email, chat, or calls
- Troubleshoot product-related issues and provide effective solutions
- Log, track, and manage support tickets in a timely manner
- Escalate complex issues to senior or technical teams when required
- Assist users with product setup, configuration, and onboarding
- Maintain accurate records of issues, resolutions, and customer interactions
- Collaborate with product and development teams to improve product performance
- Create and update knowledge base articles, FAQs, and user guides
- Monitor recurring issues and suggest improvements
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma (Any)
- Basic understanding of software applications and technology concepts
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Customer-focused attitude with a willingness to help
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools/products
- Basic knowledge of MS Office tools
