Position Overview
The Production QC Analyst will be instrumental in continued support of client systems post go-live. This includes but is not limited to determining the health and accuracy of client systems, analyzing and interpreting data trends and supporting both the Client Services and Support Services Teams in post-go live activities.

The Production QC Analyst will be instrumental in continued support of client systems post go-live. This includes but is not limited to determining the health and accuracy of client systems, analyzing and interpreting data trends and supporting both the Client Services and Support Services Teams in post-go live activities.
Responsibilities
- Drafts and executes quality SQL data scripts and queries to read and monitor production data.
- Understanding and interpreting the individual system design to determine health of the system.
- Strong ability to interpret databases to create non-technical reporting.
- Monitor performance and stability of Client Systems by utilizing existing tools and database design.
- Analyze data trends to provide real-time feedback to Client Services and Support Services Teams.
- Identify opportunities for tool creation to assist in Post-Production activities.
- Perform quality control exercises for both Client Services and Support Services
- Demonstrate efficient and accurate completion of all responsibilities.
- Prioritize and complete maintenance duties in an accurate and timely fashion.
- Document your findings with extremely high accuracy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent and/or appropriate experience
- 1-2 years’ experience in the life science industry
- Proven experience utilizing SQL scripts, as well as creating complex queries and stored procedures.
- Medium-High proficiency with T-SQL and utilizing SSMS
- Versed in the Randomization and Inventory Management concepts
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment preferred
- Prior experience delivering voice (IVR) web (IWR) and mobile (IMR) platforms a big plus
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks in a deadline-oriented production environment
- Ability to identify and solve technical problems independently
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with a wide variety of professionals
- Strong collaboration skills
- Proactive team player enthusiastic with high work ethics
- Strong attention to detail and quality
