Job Description

Qualification: B.Sc Chemistry / Biotechnology
Experience: 2 to 3 years (Experience in paint manufacturing is required)
Salary Package: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000

Key Responsibilities:

Ensuring quality control in paint manufacturing
Conducting product testing and maintaining quality standards
Supporting production teams with technical expertise
Process Inspection

Quality Assurance & Control
- Monitor raw materials, in-process, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Conduct chemical and physical tests on paint formulations for viscosity, adhesion, color consistency, and durability.
- Implement ISO, ASTM, and industry-specific quality control measures.
Production Process Monitoring
- Supervise paint mixing, batching, and packaging to maintain consistency.
- Identify and resolve quality deviations, defects, and process inefficiencies.
- Work with production teams to ensure safe handling and proper storage of chemicals.
Testing & Documentation
- Maintain detailed reports on quality inspections, production outputs, and defect analysis.
- Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations in the paint industry.
- Assist in R&D for new formulations and product improvements.
Process Improvement & Supplier Coordination
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure high-quality raw materials.
- Recommend process optimizations for improved efficiency and cost reduction.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma techniques for defect minimization.
