Job Description
- Profile: We are looking for a talented candidate with good communication and persuasive skills to help us in supporting new student transition.
- You should have a desire to learn about office and administrative functions, be detail oriented and be committed to working on a team with a unified vision.
- Fluent in English language and has excellent interpersonal skills
- Great communication skills
- Respond to inquiries about the course from prospective and incoming students and by phone, chat, email, WhatsApp and in-person
- Establish an understanding of digital marketing concepts and is able to assist prospective students with issues relating to course structure, procedures and manage back end.
- Plan and prepare the schedule of each batch according to the program structure, mentors availability and ensuring to communicate same with students in SMS, Whatsapp groups and facebook
- Become familiar with the program registration process and answer questions as needed
- Responding to inquiries from companies and prospective candidates with regards to placements
- Responsible to support the students who trained and seeking job opportunities
- Responsible to maintain job portal and lookout for job listings (One new job listing every two days).
- Post on social media channels if any students got placement
- Responsible to maintain the database of the students, ensuring all required documentation has to be done.
