Our Team

We are building a next generation cloud MDM platform along with a number of solutions such as Customer 360, Reference 360, Supplier 360 and many more. Our team uses advanced technologies such as Spark, Mongodb, Elasticsearch, Cloudera, Hortonworks and EMR distributions, Machine Learning and natural language processing techniques. We are a development team made up of team members from Bangalore, Toronto, Redwood City and Chennai.

Your Opportunity

We are looking for a dynamic, results oriented Program Manager who will work closely with Engineering, Product Management, Customer Support, Documentation, infrastructure teams to build and release multiple versions of our products and solutions.

The ideal candidate will have solid management and delivery skills combined with several years of hands-on experience in working with cross functional teams to deliver enterprise software products.

Your Responsibilities

• Drive and manage the entire lifecycle of releases from planning, initiation through closing
• Work closely with all stakeholders and coordinate across various internal teams
• Effectively manage change in project scope, schedule and costs
• Prioritize customer issues and requests and work with internal teams to deliver on time
• Build project plan, sprint plans, weekly status report and other relevant deliverables
• Communicate project status, risks, risks mitigation to all the stake holders
• Review existing processes and improve them with new ideas where applicable
  
  

Your Qualifications

• Proven ability to work independently in a fast paced, distributed & collaborative environment
• Must have hands on experience working in a global software development team
• Experience in software development with Java & related technologies a must; exposure to Big Data technologies a strong plus
• Must have excellent communication skills & interpersonal skills. Need to effectively work with all levels of the organization
• Knowledge of various SDLC models including agile, lean for software development and waterfall highly desired
• Experience with Agile Project Management tools such as Atlassian Jira and Confluence wiki is a must
• Minimum of 8 years of proven experience in Project Management role in a software products or services environment
• Experience working in a enterprise software startup would be a strong plus
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science; MBA would be a strong plus
