To handle the scholarship cases of students applying for higher/school studies right from receiving, segregating, scrutinizing of applications till preparing the case history, verifying the details provided & documents received from the applicants eventually handing over the case to respective programme coordinators.

  • Responsible for handling scholarship cases of students applying for higher/School studies.
  • Segregating scholarship application forms on the basis of continued/Old/New & Complete/Incomplete.
  • Responsible for entering the data in excel as mentioned in the application form.
  • Scheduling Interview for New Cases and ATKT/drop out Student.(In higher studies)
  • Scheduling interviews of the new cases/doubtful cases

  • Making calls to the applicant & verifying the details mentioned in the application form.
  • Responsible for preparing case history on the basis of conversation with applicant.
  • In case of insufficient or missing documents, informing the applicant to provide the required documents.
  • Filling up the Checklist on the basis of available information & documents.
  • On completion of the above activities, handing over the case to respective Programme Coordinators.
  • Responsible for updating data on software with scanned documents.
  • Handling Applicant Enquiries Calls for higher/school studies.
  • In case of doubtful cases, discussing the same with programme manager & solve accordingly.
  • Make home visits, visits to coaching classes, visits to schools and colleges where scholarship students study periodically for regular follow up of the selected candidates, their families, schools and respective academic institution. Similarly handling survey’s of other projects.
  • Maintaining relevant documentation at every stage of the program implementation
  • Assist in planning, organizing & improving selection process of scholarship Programmes.
  • Assist in documenting, monitoring and evaluation of program periodically
  • Regular communication and coordination with student community, Jamati Leaders, parent, Educational Institution 
  • Participating & Contributing in organisational events
  • Attending Team training workshops/Seminars
  • Supporting the psychologist team to conduct the psychometric tests.
  • Preparing the weekly and monthly reports
  • To assist & handle cases of fellow team members in case of emergencies
  • Assisting in preparing data required for annual report
  • Responsible for maintaining punctuality, discipline & ethics in the office.
  • Willing to work on Sundays and travelling all over India (alone and in team)
  • Any other work assigned by programme coordinator/Manager/CEO
