Responsibilities

 0 to 5 years of IT experience with minimum 1 years of relevant experience focused on Operations services.
 Managing and maintaining the IT Service Management function and process artifacts as assigned such as within process areas including Incident, Request, Change, Release, Configuration, Problem and Knowledge Management.
 Conducts analysis and process design to assure consistency in the IT service management (ITSM) strategy (leveraging IT Infrastructure Library [ITIL] v3 concepts), and coordinates with ITSM and IT infrastructure management processes.
 Prepares and presents ITSM topics at team and department level.
 Assigning tasks to technicians throughout each work day that are based on SLAs, technician availability, and the technician's skills.
 Contribute to cross-functional teams to successfully assess and develop process solutions across various Business Units and GBS IT teams’ requirements as required.

Work involves some problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying relevant Oracle methodologies and practices. Implements Oracle products and technology in various industries to meet customer specifications.

1-3 years of overall experience in relevant functional or technical roles. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Demonstrates competence in a minimum of one product or technology area. Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.
