Qualifications: M.Com . + 14 year experience as per job description with Proficient computer literacy skills - MS Word, MS Excel, PPT, Visio, Outlook, Email system (word processing, mail merge, excel data handling, formulas, graphs, presentation etc.)
Emoluments. Rs. 15,000/- to 45,000/- + HRA
Duration: 01 year
Job description:
i. Performed routine clerical tasks, accounting, scheduling various meetings (online and off lines) and appointments, correspondence, and note-taking and supporting other staff with organizational tasks.
ii. Scheduling and management of meetings, Agendas, draft preparing of Minutes of meetings etc., Organizing and managing filing system including e-files. Well conversant with MS office applications (MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point, MS Visio), Coral Draw, Email System, Preparation of Power Point Presentations;
iii. Preparation of graphs in Excel, Prepare appropriate drafts of departmental academic correspondence, administrative work, progress report, RTl, admissions, accounts related.
